A vast majority of IBC spill containment products are made from polyethylene. In many ways, polyethylene (LLDPE) is the perfect material for spill containment applications. It’s strong, it’s moldable and it has outstanding chemical resistance. The downside is that it also melts.
A melting/melted IBC spill pallet is an unstable IBC spill pallet. An unstable IBC spill pallet is an unsafe IBC spill pallet. The last thing you need is a tote of hazardous material or, worse, FLAMMABLE hazardous material spilling and making a bad situation worse.
Which is why a steel spill pallet can be the better option. The Ultra-Twin IBC Spill Pallet provides more than enough containment capacity to meet EPA and SPCC regulations and is not susceptible to fire or intense heat like plastic pallets.

Quick and Easy Pouring or Draining Into IBC Tanks
The heavy-duty, all-polyethylene, Ultra-IBC Funnel makes quick work of any pouring or draining necessary for intermediate bulk containers (IBCs). The funnel locks into place and the built-in strainer fits directly into the top of the tote.

Are you serious? Didn’t the “twin” in “Ultra-Twin IBC Spill Pallet” give it away? Who let you in here?! It’s two! You can store up to TWO IBCs on this pallet!

Can I move this pallet with one or both IBCs on top?
No, we do not recommend moving loaded spill pallets.

What is the Ultra-Twin IBC Spill Pallet made from?
This spill pallet is made with heavy-duty, 14-gauge galvanized steel. It is rumored to have been mined from one of the deepest volcanoes in Mordor.

Is the grating removable?
Yes, there are two pieces of grating and both can be removed for better access to the sump for inspection, cleanup or just to show how strong you are.
